Description

This position provides support for our software products utilized in the Nuclear Medicine industry. They will be involved in extensive customer telephone support, some travel for installations, training onsite or on the web, software testing, and design evaluation to check for desired functionality. Additionally, they will work with the sales team to take care of proposals for add-on products, and with our software development team to facilitate suggestions for software improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Provide customer support for software products

* Assist with software installation, both virtual and in-person (travel involved)

* Provide customer training, both virtual and in-person (travel involved)

* Software testing and evaluation of functionality

* Assist sales team with proposals for add-on products

* Evaluate and facilitate software improvement suggestions for possible implementation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* 2+ years of clinical experience in the Nuclear Medicine or IT technical fields

* Excellent customer service, communication, and trouble shooting skills

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to occasionally travel for on-site system installation and training when necessary.
