As the PM Manager on Duty, you will help to maintain the safety, security, and satisfaction of all hotel guests. The PM Manager on Duty will provide exceptional customer service, employing a variety of service recovery techniques when needed. They will also provide guidance and assistance to the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security Departments during high traffic timeframes.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Work in unison with the security and guest services departments to ensure an exceptionally
    seamless, safe, and memorable experience.
  • Personally interact with guests in a positive and friendly way to anticipate and ascertain needs and
    ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strives to improve service performance.
  • Interacts in a positive manner with team members, promoting teamwork.
  • Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Follow up with guests who have required prior MOD assistance to ensure that their difficulties have been completely resolved.
  • Conduct regular monitoring rounds of guest areas, including recreational areas, food and beverage outlets, and function spaces.
  • Inspect hotel areas for safety, cleanliness, and overall condition.
  • Prepare shift reports detailing activities completed and notify leadership as appropriate.
  • Sends copy of MOD report to all departments daily.
  • Attending hotel staff meetings and completing assigned training programs.



Hotel Specific:



  • Assist the Food & Beverage Department during times of high traffic
  • Be present in the Lobby for large arrivals, answering guest questions to streamline the check in process.
  • Salary: $70,000-$75,000/ annually


Physical Demands:



  • Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds.
  • Stand/ walk for majority of shift, conducting rounds throughout all 3 buildings.
  • Comfortable being outside in a variety of conditions.


Qualifications:

Education:



  • College degree preferred, combination of relevant work experience accepted.



Experience:



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service management.
  • One year of Food & Beverage experience, preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Housekeeping functionality.
  • De-escalation capability for security concerns and guest service recovery.
  • Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
