Your Role on Our Team

As an Associate Manager, Platform, you will support the success of our platforms by leveraging strong collaboration skills, a curious mindset, and a foundational understanding of product and platform management. You'll work closely with Platform Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to help execute platform strategies, contribute to roadmap development, and ensure alignment across teams.

This role is ideal for someone early in their platform management journey who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact by supporting platform initiatives that connect our digital and physical product experiences.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of platform vision, strategy, and key deliverables under the guidance of Platform Managers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and assist in translating those into platform requirements.
  • Help gather and synthesize user feedback and product team insights to inform platform value propositions.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining cross-functional processes that support platform initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings to support ideation and alignment across teams.
  • Build relationships across business units to support scope definition, change management, and communication.
  • Contribute to the creation and prioritization of Epics and user stories.
  • Help maintain and communicate platform roadmap updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster transparency and trust through consistent communication and follow-through.
  • Support resource coordination and project tracking to ensure efficient execution.
  • Learn and apply Platform Management best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Manage tasks and small projects with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product, platform, or project management, preferably supporting enterprise-level solutions.
  • Basic understanding of design thinking and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile software development practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel (limited).

  • Comfort working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Interest in understanding and delivering end-user needs.
  • Exposure to market segmentation, user journey mapping, or data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in launching or maintaining digital or physical products.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
  • Experience coordinating tasks or projects with internal stakeholders.
