 Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with new strategic accounts to win businessDiversify and grow the revenue base and ensure viable options are in place for the long-term solutionsEstablish a business plan for new sales and business developmentIgnite a sales team to exceed targets and outperform industry growthWork closely with leadership to track, measure and report on the impact of high-priority initiativesGenerate monthly sales and pipeline reporting, including advanced analytics, for executive leadershipEnergize and coordinate the development of materials for corporate monthly operating reviews, illustrating RXO performanceCommunicate with senior executives to develop and implement customer growth strategies across multiple business units What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you'll need: 
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience5 years of sales experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preferably focused on sales or operations It'd be great if you also have: 
 Transportation Sales leadership experience with a track record of success in sales management and strategic account salesSuccess in selling transportation services to manufacturers in the industrial, automotive, technology, chemical and consumer packaged goods industries in the U.S.Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline of prospects and multiple business development proposalsAvailability to travel up to 75% of the time Does this sound like you?
