We're looking for a strategic and operational powerhouse to shape the future of Lifecycle Solutions, including Refurbishment, Rental, and Consignment programs. As the Sr. Director, Global Lifecycle & Post-Market Commercial Solutions, you'll lead the global strategy and execution of post-market offerings that extend asset value and support customer flexibility. You'll: Develop and embed Lifecycle Solutions into our commercial model Lead strategic planning and executive alignment across global teams Design scalable operational models for refurbishment, rental, and consignment Own the Lifecycle Solutions P&L and drive financial performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial teams Engage directly with customers and regional teams to tailor offerings Ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards Build and lead a high-performing global team What will you need to be successful? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) 12+ years in Business Development, Service Operations, or Lifecycle Management 5+ years in a leadership role Proven experience scaling refurbishment or reverse logistics programs Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Industry experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or electronics is a plus You.
