Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $101,600 (minimum) - $127,000 (midpoint) - $152,400 (maximum)

  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

If you're a University & Early Career professional we have an exciting opportunity for you! The University & Early Career Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent to Woodward. This position requires securing business and stakeholder buy-in by closely collaborating with leadership and relevant teams to ensure recruitment initiatives align with overall organizational goals. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partners, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle-from identifying candidates to extending offers-and thoroughly evaluating applicants for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Delivering a positive candidate experience through clear communication and an effective onboarding process is essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing university recruiting strategies: The university recruiting manager is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that attract top talent from universities and colleges.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities and colleges: The university recruiting manager must establish and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations, to ensure a strong presence on campus.

  • Managing the recruitment process: The university recruiting manager is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to extending job offers.

  • Evaluating and assessing candidates: The university recruiting manager must evaluate and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure they are a good match for the organization.

  • Providing a positive candidate experience: The university recruiting manager must ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and a smooth onboarding process.
