Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $76,350.00/Yr. - USD $127,250.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Maintaining Configuration Management (CM) for our team of system and software engineers, software developers, and trainers
  • Supporting integration, acceptance testing & evaluation, as well as the documentation of the program's media which may be on USN and Coast Guard ships/vessels

Requirements

  • Maintain CM to support the team in the process of integration, acceptance testing, and evaluation, as well as the documentation of the program's media which may be on USN and Coast Guard
    ships/vessels
  • Incorporate Agile methods and application to assist the SW baseline management and project management
  • Assist in the coordination of all activities associated with the program's software development processes and requirements to ensure all SW end items are developed and maintained, e.g. user manuals such as the SIG/SAG
  • Assist and contribute to the oversight of the SW CM processes and documentation, along with the SW Team


Desired Skills

  • Agile experience, Certified Scrum Master
  • Strong experience with Configuration Management, including processes and documentation
  • Strong familiarity with CM tools, including ability to manage a document repository
  • Ability to lead documentation work groups with subject matter experts (SME) to review complex documents
  • Ability to facilitate communication(s) across leadership and other members of the team regarding processes and documentation, and quickly being able to pivot to prioritize new and urgent tasks

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE INTERIM TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
