Job Description About the Job:
As a Regulatory Operations Associate, you'll support the submission of promotional materials to client portals, ensuring compliance and regulatory excellence. Bringing strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, you'll effectively manages submission processes, maintain master libraries, track submissions, and coordinate feedback. In addition, you'll foster collaboration and efficiency across brand and client teams.
A Day in the Life:

Provide regulatory operations support to multiple brands, offering expertise and guidance as needed.

Manage submission processes.

Maintain master libraries.
*
Partner with internal teams, departments, and external clients to ensure seamless regulatory operations.

Anticipate and resolve submission and deadline delivery issues, managing workload effectively. What You Will Need:
*
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
*
1+ years of IT coordination, project management, or similar experience; healthcare advertising experience a plus.
*
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with medical terminology.
*
Strong planning, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines, with flexibility in work hours as needed.
*
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional departments.
*
Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and adapt to changing business needs. Salary
48000 - 60000
