Lot Ops Specialist II- (Facility Maintenance) Requires someone who can oversee the administrative day-to-day facility maintenance needs of the auction, including scheduling and monitoring repair work.

This role is essential to the successful operation and administration of our new Facility Maintenance System (FMS). There are over 300 individual PM items to schedule and maintain updated documentation in this system. The Maintenance Admin plays a vital role operation, compliance, and justification related to maintenance planning and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing the FMS platform

- Keep track of maintenance schedules and ensure work is executed in a timely manner (scheduling upcoming PM services and assign work request to technicians)

- Maintain accurate records for all preventive maintenance and repairs (Creating and logging work orders for all call in requests)

- Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and contractors

- Coordinate the scheduling and completion of all required inspections and certifications (performing accurate data input and documentation)

- Update facility blueprints and as-built documentation as necessary

Additionally, this role will work closely with department manager and the FMS administrators through COX, including one-on-one meetings and bi weekly Teams meeting with system administrators.

Requirements:

Minimum

- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field

- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.

- OR 5 years' experience in a related field

- Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Excel

- Proficient in the use of facility management software.

Preferred

- 2 years of experience in a facility administrative role

USD 14.71 - 22.12 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
