About the Finance team:

NETSCOUT SYSTEMS is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A Team at our headquarters in Westford, MA.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

• Prepare and analyze functional expense forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Review, analyze and approve purchase requisitions.
• Work cross-functionally to collect data and set up reporting.
• Prepare actuals-to-forecast and actuals-to-budget variance reporting and trend analysis.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly management reporting packages.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required by manager and CFO.
• Administer and enhance use of Hyperion for forecast and budget consolidation and results analysis.
• Interact with all levels of the organization, help to drive business performance and efficiencies.

Preferred Qualification/Skills:

• BS/BA in Finance/Accounting or related required, MBA a plus
• 3-6 Years of experience; must demonstrate working knowledge in relevant areas.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong desire to learn with a "can do" attitude, and comfortable with large data sets and new systems.
• Oracle, NetSuite, and Hyperion experience a plus
