The Privacy Team's goals are to protect personal information, build trust, reduce risks and enhance business practices. We strive for continuous improvement and the advancement of Bright Horizons' privacy policies and procedures. We are seeking a skilled privacy and contracts counsel to join our global privacy team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in data privacy and commercial contracts, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic and solutions-oriented advice on global privacy laws, managing data protection compliance, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.
