Job Title -Project Superintendent Location -San Diego, CA *Typical projects are $75M - $150M in value. Resumes are reviewed as submitted and staffed based on project need. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Strong leadership and good written and verbal communication skills required. Education / Experience -High School or GED and 15 years' experience as Supervisor or Superintendent on similar projects required. Experience working on at least two heavy civil design build projects with a construction value of $10 million+ per project. Must have OSHA 30 and USACE's 24-Hour EM 385-1-1 training within the last 5 years. Prefer - QCM, Four year degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Engineering. While the salary range is typically between $105,000 - $125,000 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
