- The Patient Servicing Representative, under the supervision of the Supervisor, Operations, is primarily responsible for triaging all incoming calls and directing them to the correct phone queue for better assistance.
- A patient servicing representative, through incoming calls directs customer inquiries about billing, procedures, policies, and available services to the correct area via a phone queue.
- Maintain patient records, filing, and documentation duties.
- Work as a team member within the patient services department and all other departments to promote information sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Representatives must function in strict accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines with deviation approved by the supervising pharmacist

- Responsibilities occasionally may need an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening hours to meet deadlines.
- The ability to telecommute (work remotely off-campus) as necessary, regularly, or whenever necessary to continue business operations.
