Analysts will gain exposure to key marketing functions like marketing strategy, business operations, client reporting production, content development, digital marketing, and communications. Participants will engage in hands-on projects aligned with strategic initiatives such as product launches, data automation, and digital experience. Analysts will have the opportunity to gain important and practical job skills to be successful in financial services marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Investment Analytics, Investment Teams, and Distribution. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
PROGRAM BENEFITS:
Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
