POSITION

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. Analysts will gain exposure to key compliance functions like regulatory examinations and reporting, conflicts of interest management, monitoring and testing, anti-money laundering, and privacy. Analysts will receive structured training in all components of the asset manager compliance program while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, Audit, Technology, and Investments.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Work effectively with Compliance and business line subject matter experts to implement and maintain compliance program and testing activities.
  • Conduct research on regulatory updates, industry best practices, and compliance trends; summarize findings for internal use.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory submissions or internal audits under supervision.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with investment products and financial markets.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Tableau AI, or similar) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive mindset, showing initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
