Under HCS, the Vice President of Marketing position supports Miller-Keystone Blood Center and HCSC Linen Services by developing and executing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive blood donor recruitment, retention, and brand awareness. This position serves as a key role on the executive leadership team and ensures consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. What you will be doing:



  • Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing, communications, and branding strategy to support donor recruitment, retention, and organizational growth.
  • Oversee Multi-Channel Campaigns: Direct innovative campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels to engage blood donors and promote sustainable healthcare and linen services.
  • Drive Brand and Messaging: Ensure brand positioning aligns with organizational values and mission, enhancing public perception and trust.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics and donor segmentation to optimize engagement and improve marketing performance.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing with strategic goals, revenue growth, and service innovation.
  • Team Leadership & Budget Management: Manage a high-performing marketing team, oversee budgets, and coordinate vendor and agency partnerships.


What you will bring to the role:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in healthcare, nonprofit, or blood services.
  • Proven success developing mission-aligned strategies that drive engagement and measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, FDA, and AABB regulations as they relate to marketing and communications.
  • Experience managing budgets with a focus on ROI, impact, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Adaptable, values-driven leader committed to collaborative, purpose-focused work.


Additional information:

This position reports to the CEO and will be based out of the corporate office in Allentown, PA. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:



  • This is an on-site position. The normal hours for this position are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm with flexibility to meet the needs of our partners at community events.
  • The expected travel for this position is 25%.
