 As an Analyst, Customer Accounts in at RXO, you will be responsible for analyzing carrier aging's and working with our operations teams to ensure all customer loads are accounted for and billed properly.  Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer systemUpdate account managers on problem loads and what actions have been takenMonitor daily carrier manifest and aging reportsValidate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposesInvestigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentationAudit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contractsInvestigate any errors on freight bills such as duplicate carrier billingFacilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of freight bills and billing cycle time At a minimum, you'll need: 
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience It'd be great if you also have:
