We are excited to invite applications for the New Product Introduction Engineering Internship, an inclusive and collaborative opportunity designed to foster growth and development in the field of engineering.

Internship Overview:

Be part of a dynamic engineering launch team for a cutting-edge Microwave Signal Generator product. Develop and execute manufacturing sw and hw test processes for high volume manufacturing at our offshore site. Hands-on experience and mentorship for an excellent foundation in electrical engineering.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3rd year (junior level) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. (June 2027 grads)
  • Or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Graduating June 2027 or later)
  • GPA > 3.0/4.0, Please include on resume.
  • Completed coursework in analog, digital, RF circuit analysis and design.
  • Some SW programming and code development (C, C++, C#).
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Organized and clear.
  • Strong engineering problem solving skills using math and circuits fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience/passion for PCB level HW troubleshooting, repair, measurements.
  • Experience with various benchtop electrical test equipment.
  • Any RF/Microwave circuit coursework/jexperience is helpful.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, capable of making progress independently.
  • Not afraid to ask a lot of questions to learn.
  • Strong teamwork skills to adapt to diverse teams and technical objectives.
Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in a accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating.
Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates who now or at any point in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B Visa status) may not be considered.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay Range: MIN $38- MAX $43/hour
