What to Expect
As a Sr. Product Manager for our pre-owned vehicle platforms, you will own the full lifecycle of refurbishing, listing, and selling vehicles. You will operate at the intersection of operations, engineering, design, and finance to scale a seamless digital and physical experience. This is a high-impact role where speed, precision, and innovation matter. You will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in efficiency, customer trust, and revenue across multiple markets, while pushing the boundaries of what a pre-owned vehicle experience can be.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the pre-owned vehicle journey from refurbish to sale
- Design and deploy intuitive, user-centric solutions that simplify complex workflows and leverage automation, AI agents, and LLMs at scale
- Translate customer and internal team pain points into intuitive, scalable product features
- Write clear product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with engineering and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions at speed
- Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously refine the platform, improving conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across global operations to adapt workflows to diverse regulatory and market requirements without sacrificing simplicity
What You'll Bring
- Product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or automotive with ownership of complex workflows
- Strong background in user experience design with a track record of simplifying and scaling complex systems for both internal and customer-facing experiences
- Experience managing products that span physical operations and digital systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams toward aggressive goals

Expected Compensation
$128,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
