Summary: Responsibilities: Program Administration: *Coordinate operations of multiple pediatric fellowship programs. *Maintain program documentation, including rotation schedules, evaluations, duty hours, and, if applicable, case logs. *Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of fellows. *Ensure compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental policies. Recruitment & Onboarding: *Assist with the fellowship recruitment process, including knowledge of ERAS, communication with candidates, and coordinating centralized in-person visits. *Coordinate onboarding tasks such as credentialing, licensure, and training modules. Accreditation & Compliance: *Support program directors in preparing for ACGME site visits and annual updates. *Maintain accurate records for accreditation and reporting purposes. *Monitor fellow duty hours and ensure timely completion of evaluations. Financial & HR Coordination: *Collaborate with HR and finance teams on fellow contracts, payment sources, and benefits. *Track centralized fellowship-related expenses. Communication & Liaison: *Serve as the primary point of contact for fellows, faculty, and institutional offices. *Facilitate communication between programs and the GME office. *Organize meetings, retreats, and educational events. Data Management & Reporting: *Maintain databases and spreadsheets for fellow tracking and reporting. *Generate reports for program directors, department leadership, and institutional stakeholders.
