Overview: This role involves traveling with a lead technician to various sites to ensure technology setups are completed and functioning properly. The consultant will follow very detailed instructions to install and verify the operation of devices including: * Computers and laptops * Printers * Audio/Visual equipment * Potentially Chromebooks Key Responsibilities: * Set up and connect hardware according to provided instructions * Verify functionality of all devices post-installation * Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate unresolved problems * Replace or upgrade hardware components as needed * Assist with Chromebook repairs if required Ideal Candidate: * Comfortable working in a field environment and traveling between sites * Able to follow detailed technical instructions precisely * Basic troubleshooting and hardware replacement skills * Experience with A/V setups and Chromebook repair is a plus * Strong communication skills for reporting issues to support teams This person will be required to drive their own vehicle from site to site within the Greenville area. They will work 37.5 hours per week for approximately a month. Additional Skills & Qualifications A+ Certification is a plus Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
