We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: WFH (US6) Department: Summary: The Clinical Resource Manager is part of the US Continence Care marketing team and responsible for identifying and building actionable clinical education and marketing strategies that grow the Continence Care business, strengthen customer relationships, and advance Hollister's clinical expertise. This position requires the ability to quickly build clinical trust inside and outside of the organization while being able to surface insights from the clinical community. The Clinical Resources Manager reports to the Sr. Manager - US Continence Care Marketing and is a field based remote role. Responsibilities: Manage key clinical education programs and activities - 60%
- Create, manage and/or deliver customized educational programs for key customer groups (end users, nurses, channel partners, IDN and GPO decision makers) to enhance the value of Hollister as a business partner.
- Create and deliver effective clinical and product educational programs that assist with US commercial objectives (e.g., Annual sales meetings, new associate onboarding, product launches, regional clinical meetings).
- Lead key initiatives as it relates to focused nursing/medical customer groups (e.g., Clinical Advisory Boards, End User Advisory Boards, focus groups, professional organizations).
- Design educational tools that meet customer needs based on assessments of clinical/end user groups.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the value of clinical education activities.
- Travel with sales representatives to mentor and provide direct feedback within clinical focus.
- Collaborate with Sales Management on field representative development.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders to help lead discussions and programs.
- Support clinicians in the development of case studies and other contributions that influence clinical practice.
Collaborate with critical functional areas within Hollister - 35%
- Provide clinical expertise to cross-functional departments (e.g., Innovation Management Office, NPD, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Safety, and Legal).
- Interface directly with Sales Specialists to provide clinical input and support sales objectives, especially in key strategic accounts.
- Manage and leverage clinical relationships to support growth goals (e.g., poster development, white papers, presentations, clinical evidence, market and clinical evaluations).

- Continue education through conferences and courses to improve clinical knowledge and enhance understanding of current healthcare environment and user needs.
- Actively participate in key professional conferences and meetings (e.g., ASCIP, SUNA, ARN).
Work Experience Requirements:
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5 - 10 years
- Master's Degree or Advanced Nursing Degree (e.g. NP, PA, Doctorate of Nursing)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse in urology setting
- Public speaking and teaching experience

- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization combined with strong presentation, writing, editing, and public speaking skills.

Education Requirements:
- Accredation Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree) in nursing, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Ability to operate a computer and utilize standard office equipment
- Ability to travel domestically (50%) and internationally (5%)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (e.g. for In-Services, Product Training, and Events)
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds (e.g. for conferences, product training, meetings)

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $104,522 - $164,249 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
