Responsible for leading a team to advise on organizational change management strategies for field and corporate facing projects. Focuses on changes to business processes, corporate/market initiatives, mergers and or organization structures. Leads team members to effectively consult, educate and advise on effective OCM strategies. Devises QDM Communications strategies and administers QDM programs like Purple Promise Quality Award (PPQA) and quality councils. Supports the QDM experts' program and helps corporate and field users to put QDM into practice every day. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Education or related field required. Minimum Experience Six (6) years' experience in significant cross-functional change management and project experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated success as primary lead for cross functional and change management/QDM initiatives. High level of collaboration skills to work between groups - corporate sponsors/stakeholders and corporate to field network. Experience influencing leaders/sponsors on initiatives, needs and change management solutions. Demonstrated Change Management methodologies, behaviors and solutions experience. Certified Change Management Professional and/or lean/six sigma required. Project Management certification required. QDM Expert will be required while in the position. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees. Job Conditions Some travel required.
