We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to lead and enhance our treasury operations. This role will be instrumental in optimizing cash flow, managing financial risk, and supporting global liquidity strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial efficiency and innovation.

This position reports to Sr. Director of Treasury. This role is hybrid and based out of our North Andover, MA location.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily cash positioning, short- and long-term cash forecasting, and liquidity planning across domestic and international entities.
  • Oversee compliance of the cash investment portfolio with corporate investment policies and recommend enhancements to maximize returns.
  • Support the design and execution of global cash management structures, including intercompany lending, bank portal access, and FX exposure mitigation.
  • Manage and execute high-value wire transfers, including share repurchase activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Own the process for opening, closing, and maintaining operating and investment accounts, ensuring alignment with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury operations, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes.
  • Develop and present advanced treasury reports and dashboards to senior leadership, providing insights into liquidity, risk, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of authorized signers and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze non-functional cash balances and FX exposure, recommending strategies to minimize risk.
  • Evaluate bank service fees and performance, negotiating improvements and resolving service quality issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or CTP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive treasury experience, including exposure to international operations and multi-currency environments.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
