This job posting includes two strategic opportunities to expand our Wealth Management department. As part of our long-term vision, we're deepening our expertise in both Trusts & Estates and Investment Management through two key hires.

Investment Management Role:

We're seeking a candidate with experience in investment services-ideally within the financial services industry-who thrives in a client-facing, business development-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is active in the community and passionate about building lasting relationships.

Trusts & Estates Role:

We're looking for a candidate with a Juris Doctorate or substantial practical experience in trust and estate administration. This role requires someone who is community-focused, business-minded, and dedicated to helping clients preserve and transfer wealth.

RESPONSIBILITIES - #Ll-Hybrid



  • Administer assigned trust accounts including personal trusts and estates (with non-complex attributes), custodial and managing agency accounts, escrow accounts, IRA's, custodial depositories, retirement plans, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business including responsibility for cross-selling other bank services
  • Ensure compliance with IRS Code, applicable state Trust Code, and audit requirements by adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Collect and analyze customer information to determine proper financial products and advise on advantages and disadvantages of different financial products
  • Respond in a timely manner to trust related and banking issues
  • Coordinate and organize workflow, establish project schedules, review client accounts, and determine timeline of special projects
  • Assist in facilitating (developing content, scheduling, etc.) internal education programs regarding trust product and services
  • Participate individually in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • 2-4 years related work experience required
  • Juris Doctorate or substantial practical experience in trust and estate administration preferred for Trusts & Estates role


SCHEDULE

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

A flexible work arrangement may be available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours, candidate must live within 50 miles of Lancaster, Ohio. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.
