Overview

How you can make a difference

The Sr UX Content Designer will set the foundation for how language and messaging shape member experiences across our healthcare and financial product ecosystem. The position blends content design and strategy, offering the opportunity to not only craft impactful content but also influence the frameworks and systems that guide how content is created and scaled. As a Sr UX Content Designer, you will focus on creating clear, compelling, and action-oriented content across digital products. As a Content Strategist, you will expand this scope to include omnichannel content strategies (in-app, web, email, SMS, push notifications), ensuring that our next best actions framework drives consistent engagement across all member touchpoints. In both capacities, you will apply behavioral science and behavior change principles to help members confidently navigate healthcare and financial decisions.

What you'll be doing

    Designing and writing clear, human-centered content for member journeys such as onboarding, product flows, error states, calls-to-action, education, and empty states.
  • Creating and testing nudge-based content across digital channels - email, SMS, push, and in-app - to increase adoption and engagement.
  • Developing content frameworks, reusable patterns, and information structures that scale across experiences and align with our design system.
  • Applying behavioral science and behavior change methodologies to influence member actions, particularly in healthcare and financial contexts.
  • Collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and marketers to deliver cohesive and motivating member experiences.
  • Advocating for content as a strategic driver of member trust, engagement, and positive outcomes.
  • Shaping omnichannel strategies, ensure consistency across platforms, and guide how content integrates with product and marketing ecosystems.

What you will need to be successful

  • 5+ Years Experience as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, or UX Writer within digital product teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product content and omnichannel strategies that drive measurable member behavior change.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral science, behavioral economics, and motivational design.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to simplify complexity into clear, approachable, and actionable language.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, iterative design, and evidence-based content strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across disciplines.

Salary Range

$99500.00 To $129500.00 / year
