A leading automotive company is seeking a Lead Analyst, PDC Ops - Investment to take ownership of capital planning, procurement, and project management across our distribution network. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with strong financial acumen, supplier management expertise, and proven project leadership skills.

Pay Rate: $32 - $40/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage capital investment business cases, budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring milestones, goals, and on-time launches are achieved.
  • Conduct market research and cost analysis for materials, equipment, and facilities improvements.
  • Drive supplier performance management and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align investment planning with strategic business goals.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred (4-year degree a plus).
  • 4-6 years of automotive industry experience with capital investment, procurement, or project management.
  • Experience with supplier quotations, bidding, contracts administration, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience desired.
  • Fluent in Korean (required).
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
