We are hiring a Client Business Manager in the Indianapolis market with primary responsibilities which will be to build relationships with key influencers to identify and grow business within the Architecture and Design community. Secondary responsibilities will focus on a list of assigned end-user target accounts to foster key relationships and identify business opportunities. You will partner with our local market manager to support our local dealer in achieving assigned Steelcase revenue targets. Who You Are: Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
What You Will Be Doing: Within assigned Architect & Design Firms, you will serve as the primary contact for Steelcase and will be responsible for building relationships with key influencers by understanding their business issues while identifying revenue opportunities. On the end user account side, you will be responsible for developing and building key customer relationships (Facilities, real estate, procurement, IT, HR, Etc.) by understanding their key business issues and aspirations. You will partner with the local Steelcase team and dealer to develop and own a market business development strategy. This role provides opportunities to develop business inside of accounts and with the market-at-large Design Firms.
