As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display Network. Your analytical skills and performance-driven mindset will be essential in optimizing campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and uncovering actionable insights to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your expertise, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display Network.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to improve performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on key KPIs.
- Analyze data and adapt strategies to achieve campaign goals.
- Transform performance data into insightful reports that communicate clear narratives.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to share insights and recommend optimizations.
- Stay current with paid media trends and platform updates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication via email and internal tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Reddit Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in A/B testing strategies and performance-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
- Proactive, inquisitive nature with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience building basic performance reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, etc.).
- Experience with creative testing or content performance tracking.
