Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will directly impact the growth and success of various teams, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted strategies to identify the best candidates in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other open-source communities to identify and engage exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on talent acquisition matters.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, effectively communicating opportunities and company culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• LinkedIn Certification.
• Experience recruiting for a large technology company.
