Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $60 Hourly $55-$60 hr W2 + benefits + matching 401K Start Date: 10.27.2025 Our leading financial client is seeking a strong Product Manager - Chat to join its team on a hybrid basis in Dallas (2x week on site). What You'll Do: Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by team Collaborate across other product managers and squads to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities and features Own and drive product roadmap for a given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators Be the go-to person for questions about the product and the intent of requirements; interact with engineering teams continuously throughout the sprint Prioritize the product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment and optimizations Coordinate with 3rd party vendors when necessary Manage the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releases Provide detailed reporting and managerial support to Program Office What You Bring: 3-6 years of Product management in an Agile environment, including familiarity with the overall Agile methodology Proficient in Jira or any other project management tools for Agile teams High-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital products Experience/familiarity with Chat, Case and CRM applications Experience/familiarity with consumer banking products (Credit Card, Checking, Savings, CD, etc.)
