Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and create social-first video and photo content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, ensuring it feels organic, relevant, and perfectly tailored for each channel.
• Ideate and shoot compelling product-focused content, applying a keen eye for framing, lighting, and timing to achieve a fashion-forward, editorial aesthetic.
• Skillfully prop and style products to enhance visual appeal and narrative in video captures.
• Execute high-volume editing tasks efficiently and effectively, managing multiple projects and timelines to deliver polished social videos daily.
• Collaborate closely with social creative team members to brainstorm new ideas and develop content strategies that resonate with current social trends.
• Adapt content for various channels, including short-form video platforms and paid social media campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar content creation role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sector.
• Proven experience in shooting product-only content.
• A deep understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and what drives engagement across platforms.
• Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools and popular social media in-app editors.
• An artistic eye with the ability to shoot and edit content that aligns with a distinct brand aesthetic while maintaining a creator mindset.
• Excellent attitude, with a hands-on, team-player approach, willing to contribute wherever needed to achieve project goals.
• Ability to confidently pitch new content ideas based on emerging social trends and remix existing concepts with an on-brand twist.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with professional editing suites, such as Adobe editing suite programs.
