We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join a pivotal Product Integrity Team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in elevating product quality across our diverse range of offerings. You'll be the architect of enhanced processes, identifying critical areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions that ensure the integrity of our materials, colors, and ultimately, our finished products. Your work will have a tangible impact, driving innovation and setting new benchmarks for quality in the industry. **What You'll Do:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current capabilities across product lines, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control measures.
- Identify critical gaps and areas for optimization within existing processes and tools.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve material and color quality, significantly reduce defects, and enhance overall product integrity.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate process enhancements and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal engineering partners who manage our suppliers and factories, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze complex data and metrics to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership, showcasing progress and strategic direction for product integrity initiatives.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Textile Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, quality assurance, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience within the consumer goods industry, particularly in apparel and/or footwear.
- End-to-end experience in product development, from initial concepting through to manufacturing, demonstrating a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including dyeing, finishing, printing, and testing, coupled with an awareness of current industry material trends.
- Intermediate technical knowledge of materials, including fibers, yarns, knits, and wovens, as well as materials testing and inspection protocols.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnership with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a self-motivated approach, coupled with a positive work attitude, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a profound sense of responsibility.
- Proven project and time management skills, with a steadfast commitment to delivering results on schedule.
- The ability to maintain focus and drive progress amidst ambiguity and change.
