Salary/Hourly Rate:22.00The goal of the Housing Navigator is to provide participants with appropriate support services and community resources that contribute to long-term stability in housing. This position provides trauma-informed navigation services with harm reduction principles. This position will serve Housing Options Mean Everything (BE HOME-IDD). Maintains service notes and documentation in required databases (ELMO and HMIS). Regularly reports outcomes/progress and shares responsibility for required reports. Provides technical assistance for general resources and housing needs for residents.
