1st Shift | $35 per hour

Requirements

• Technical certificate or 2+ years of related industrial equipment maintenance experience (electro-mechanics preferred).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and the ability to troubleshoot PC-based equipment systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Electro-mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment (2+ years preferred).
• Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hitachi Drill systems and Orbotech Automated Optical Inspection equipment is a bonus.

In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production machinery to keep our fast-paced manufacturing facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair emergency equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair AC power systems (3-phase & single-phase), DC power, PLCs, electronics, and computer-controlled machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with ISO, NADCAP, and OSHA safety standards.
• Support manufacturing operations in a chemical and industrial environment.
• Conduct emergency plumbing repairs (PVC & copper) and perform basic facility maintenance such as welding, limited HVAC troubleshooting, and general upkeep.
• Log work activities and parts used into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
