We're currently seeking a Research and Development Engineer to join our innovative and driven team. In this role, you'll contribute to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your skills and dedication are truly valued.

Pay: $46/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to product design, development, and testing, including material studies, specifications, process capability, and documentation.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute engineering activities independently to meet project timelines.
  • Design and coordinate engineering tests/experiments; analyze results, identify failure modes, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues related to design, materials, or manufacturing.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering reports, documentation, and specifications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance or training to technicians as needed.
  • Embed quality and compliance into all work activities.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in medical device development, particularly with products sourced from contract manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with design controls, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
