Job Description:

This Associate Project Manager role plays a critical role in supporting project teams by ensuring financial and operational control across all phases of a project. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor project costs and performance against budgets and schedules.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Support contract management and change order processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation.
  • Provide financial input during project planning and review meetings.
  • Support audits and financial reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. Ten years of relevant experience in addition to high school education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • PMP Certificate desired
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including managing expenditures and budgets, required (with no degree).
  • 5 years of experience still required with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and financial reporting required.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Oracle, Excel) required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or FDA Regulated Industry experience Maintenance or construction experience. Familiarity with project control methodologies (e.g., Earned Value Management) desired.
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Advance vocational/specialized knowledge required
  • Ability to work independently required
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted required
  • Prolonged standing, sitting, and moving through the facility, and aseptic required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $77,969 - $110,000 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
