SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Director of EFG Syndications: take ownership of all tasks and challenges they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. The role is a critical business unit within the EFG Commercial Line of business, requiring frequent interaction with commercial / MMKT relationship managers and the regional senior leadership of the bank. It is both tactical and strategic in nature with significant collaboration within the LOB team as well as the entire Commercial Division. It will also be necessary to effectively collaborate with other departments within the bank to include Credit, Operations and Finance. This is a position tasked with the sound growth of the Bank's Equipment Finance & EFG Syndication Division. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in office or remote office environment. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks. Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL Travel will be necessary for client meetings, bank meetings and line of business meetings.
