Job Summary

The Manager of Consolidation and Financial Reporting will be responsible for leading the Company's global consolidation process, managing various financial reporting and corporate accounting processes, and playing a critical role in special projects (e.g., strategic initiatives, system implementations).

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the global consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX control requirements.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliation, elimination, and resolution of mismatches across subsidiaries.
  • Analyze certain technical accounting matters and assist with the Company's external financial reporting process, including the preparation of certain disclosures as required by the SEC (Form 10-Q's and Form 10-K's).
  • Support ad hoc special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, such as system implementations/upgrades, acquisitions, etc.
  • Provide training and guidance to business unit finance teams on consolidation and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in consolidation and reporting.
  • Work effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, including senior management, and collaborate with individuals across functional and geographic areas.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • CPA certification is required.

Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (industry and/or Big Four), including consolidation and reporting in a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with financial consolidation systems (e.g., SAP BPC, OneStream, etc.).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects; determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way; use goals to guide actions and create detailed action plans; organize and schedule people and tasks.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
