Position Summary

MaineHealthMedical Groupis seekinga Physician and APPRecruiter who willberesponsible forall aspects oftherecruitmentofphysician sand advanced practice providers.The Recruiter will focus on hiring forMaineHealth'sSouthern Region, which includes Portland, Biddeford,Sanfordand other locations within that geographic scope.The Recruiter will also work on searches and projectsto support the overall hiring needs of the Medical Group and the work of the Provider Recruitment Center.

TheRecruiterguidessearchleads,MHMG leaders and candidates through the full cycle recruitment process; andisresponsible foracandidate's applicationfrom the time ofinitialinquiry through the offer process. This isabenefit eligible positionbasedin our South Portland, Maine office. It isa hybrid position and isnot open to fully remote candidates.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

License/Certifications: Certification in physician recruitment preferred.

Experience: Five years of combined recruitment, Human Resource or other relevant business experiencerequired.Healthcare experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Database management systems and applicant tracking skills.

Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient MS Office Suite skills
