Position Overview:

The sourcing analyst reports to a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing organization. The sourcing analyst's work includes category management, sourcing strategy creation, and delivering value through innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage. The sourcing analyst may interact with several internal departments outside of sourcing including research and development, finance, operations, and supply chain, and may also interact with H.B. Fuller's external suppliers. This role is salaried, hybrid work, Monday-Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Work

  • Forecast RM pricing trends

  • Analyze global economic and chemical market trends

  • Deliver value through innovation, cost savings, competitive advantage

Supplier Communication & Negotiation

  • Develop new suppliers

  • Assess risk (financial, geographic, operational/capacity)

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, or resolve supply chain issues

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Meet with production/R&D teams to align supply specs/timelines

  • Address logistics/quality issues impacted operation teams

  • Sync with internal stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degreein Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

  • Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $75,000-$80,000.
