 Acara Solutions is looking for a Project Engineer- Aluminum Melting for one of our growing clients! 
  Remote position with 20% travelOnsite training 4weeks in Meadville, PA- flexible$85k-$115k based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities: 
  Review each project scope of work to identify milestones, ensure documentation completeness, and confirm compliance with regulationsReview customer utility and facility drawings to ensure preparation for furnace installation/rebuildPerform design, testing, and analysis of aluminum melting and industrial heat-treating equipmentConduct thermal, structural, and performance calculations using engineering principlesOriginate layouts, concepts, and designs for new furnaces and modifications to existing equipmentMaintain project budgets and manage expendituresIdentify and manage change orders in coordination with SalesTravel domestically and internationally as required (up to 20%)Serve as the technical expert for aluminum melting furnacesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of customer challenges, applications, and needs within aluminum meltingProvide technical input to ensure that products meet performance, reliability, and efficiency standardsSupport proposals by developing specifications, estimates, and accurate technical documentationAssist with competitor analysis to strengthen SECO/WARWICK's value propositionProvide technical guidance during negotiations, installation, and commissioningCommunicate directly with customers to ensure a positive project experience through clear, professional communicationPartner with Sales, Product Management, and Field Service to ensure successful executionProvide support in presentations, seminars, and trade shows as needed to promote aluminum melting expertiseContribute to market share growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic enhancementsRequired Skills / Qualifications: 
  5+years of experience in mechanical and thermal sciences, with focus on aluminum melting systemsBachelor's Degree in EngineeringIndependent problem-solving and project analysis skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and civil drawingsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage challenges in a cross-functional, multinational environmentFlexibility to travel (20%)- potentially international Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
