Join the Individual Underwriting Department where you will inspire and lead a team committed to positively impacting our front-line associates in the New Business Call Center. In this role, you'll guide and develop talented staff, lead process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations-all while shaping strategies that drive service quality, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $74,000.00 Middle: $96,000.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Lead & Develop Teams - Manage staffing, performance, and growth opportunities while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Promote continuous improvement, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional customer experience through effective workflow management.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Contribute to business planning, set and deliver team goals, and provide expertise on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Anticipate issues, implement corrective actions, resolve escalations, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and business regulations.
  • Effective Communication & Relationships - Build strong partnerships with internal teams, salesforce, brokers, and external partners while modeling clear, professional communication.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • High-Volume Call Center Experience - Proven ability to perform and lead effectively in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Analytical & Reporting Abilities - Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and statistical interpretation with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Clear and professional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency - Skilled in Microsoft Office and other business applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and presentations.
  • Collaboration & Influence - Builds strong relationships, resolves issues effectively, and promotes compliance in a fair, team-oriented environment.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:



  • Bilingual Advantage - Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to serve diverse customers and teams.
  • Leadership & Workforce Management - Proven experience supervising teams, driving performance, and managing workforce operations effectively.
  • Industry Expertise - Background in the insurance industry with extensive product and distribution knowledge.
