What this job involves: As a Senior Facility Coordinator at JLL, you are a seasoned facilities management professional who serves as a strategic operational liaison between Regional Managers and site-based Facility Managers across multiple regions. This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of comprehensive facilities management experience to effectively coordinate complex operational workflows, oversee critical building systems, and ensure seamless delivery of facility services across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. You will report directly to Regional Managers and provide operational support to all Facility Managers within assigned regions. What your day-to-day will look like: * Leverage extensive FM experience to streamline and optimize workflow processes within the Corrigo computerized maintenance management system across the regional portfolio * Serve as the central coordination point, directing work orders and maintenance actions to appropriate team members based on technical expertise, geographic location, and workload capacity * Utilize deep understanding of facility operations to monitor day-to-day work order processing, ensuring efficient resource allocation and priority management * Ensure all work orders are completed within established SLA timeframes, utilizing experience-based judgment to escalate critical issues and optimize completion schedules * Apply extensive vendor relationship experience to assist sites with purchasing decisions, contract negotiations, and procurement processes for facility-related goods and services * Provide expert guidance on Joint Commission Accreditation Program requirements, drawing from years of healthcare facility management experience where applicable * Oversee completion of specialized regional initiatives including Building Management System (BMS) data entry and maintenance, Operational Risk Management (ORM) assessments, regulatory compliance projects, capital improvement coordination, and energy management initiatives * Manage complex invoice routing and approval workflows, ensuring proper coding, authorization, and timely processing through appropriate channels * Utilize established industry relationships to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain positive vendor partnerships * Assist with tracking project expenses and maintaining budget compliance across regional facilities * Serve as the primary timekeeper for the East Region, collaborating closely with Facility Managers to ensure accurate time reporting and payroll compliance * Mentor junior facility staff and provide technical guidance based on extensive field experience * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Required Qualifications: * Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive Facilities Management experience in commercial real estate environments * Proven track record managing multi-site facility operations with annual budgets exceeding $1M * Extensive experience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo experience strongly preferred) * Demonstrated success in vendor management and procurement processes * Experience with building automation systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems * Advanced proficiency in facility management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements * Experience with preventive maintenance programs and asset management * Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices * Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills developed through years of complex facility challenges * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with C-level executives, vendors, and technical staff * Proven ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders across geographic regions Preferred Qualifications: * Professional certifications (CFM, FMP, LEED AP, or similar) * Experience in healthcare, corporate, or institutional facility management * Background in capital project management and construction oversight * Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements Estimated compensation for this position: 65,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
