Our clients include gas and electric utilities, Autonomous System Operators, transmission companies, and retail energy providers. We provide software and forecasting support to companies in North America, Europe, Australia, and South Asia. Our forecast work includes everything from 5-minute real time forecast systems for electric grid operation to forecasts that extend as far as 30-year out to support long-term electric load capacity planning. Working with a team of energy forecasting experts, you will help us with providing data analysis, predictive analytics/statistical modeling, training, and presentations to support a global client base. As part of our Forecasting Solutions Team, you will play a critical part in supporting, implementing, and enhancing our long-term distribution forecasting applications and other related forecasting products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative energy forecasting solutions, collaborate directly with clients, and gain hands-on experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, and software configuration. Your work will primarily involve organizing, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets, assisting with the development and deployment of software solutions, and providing direct support to clients. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
