We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registration Clerk to support a medical office team in Alexandria, LA. In this role, you'll be handling patient admissions, records, and clerical duties.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $13/hr. (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Admit patients into the facility and ensure accurate registration
  • Assemble and maintain patient medical record forms
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally
  • Operate the intercom system as needed
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned




Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years clerical experience in a medical facility or office
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
