Location: Torrance, CA - Hybrid
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Employment: Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire, Full-Time, Bonus + Benefits

Position Summary
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales with a solid foundation. The successful candidate will start by assisting the sales team and gradually take on more responsibilities, including direct customer interactions and business development. The company offers a collaborative environment where employees can learn the fundamentals of sales, gain exposure to large corporate clients, and develop professionally.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:

Support the sales team in promoting services, maintaining client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities

Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as procurement coordination, delivery management, and order tracking.
Prepare reports, input and manage data in internal systems.
Check and update clients' credit information and applications.
Analyze sales history and assist in planning customer outreach strategies.
Occasionally attend trade shows and exhibitions; some overtime or travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of office work experience with solid PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel - including basic formulas, and PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills; ability to represent the company professionally and build trust with customers.
Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for representing the company in external meetings and events.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team.
Bilingual Japanese/English skills OR experience working with Japanese companies/clients, a Japanese cultural background, or a strong understanding of Japanese business culture is highly desirable.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
