Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

What You'll Do

• Load, operate, and adjust lamination equipment to meet production needs.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues throughout the process.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods for use across departments.
• Program printers for printed materials and monitor film/scrim usage.
• Track adhesive rate, temperature, pressure, and cutter specifications.
• Operate and maintain rolls, embossing, and bed roll installations.
• Package materials according to customer specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of recurring issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read gauges, weight scales, and tape measures.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Forklift training or certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety guidelines.
