Generalist

• Perform sewing and heat-sealing tasks to assemble industrial ventilation ducting and cuffs.
• Operate equipment such as roto heat sealers and conduct trimming, inspection, and packaging of tubing.
• Ensure all products meet ISO Quality Assurance standards through inspections at various production stages.
• Match finished products to factory orders, stencil identification, prepare labels, and weigh shipments.
• Safely load and prepare finished goods for transport.

• Some experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks across the production process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically capable of lifting materials and working in an active environment.
• Experience with industrial sewing, heat sealing, or shipping preferred.
• Flexible team player, willing to be cross-trained and adaptable.
