Description Overview Our utility client is seeking a Billing Operations Business Analyst to support its Oracle CC&B (customer care & billing) platform and ensure accurate billing for all customers. This role focuses on analyzing billing anomalies-especially unbilled customers, delayed bills, and backlogs-and communicating trends to the project team for system enhancements. Job Responsibilities Analyze billing data from Oracle CC&B to identify trends in unbilled or delayed accounts Develop, organize, and present operational, performance, and financial reports for internal and external use Manage large datasets for in-depth analysis and reporting Investigate root causes of billing issues using Excel and CC&B tools Participate in Billing IT projects by gathering criteria, creating and approving test conditions, and supporting Change Management activities Troubleshoot operational and IT issues and coordinate with internal departments to resolve Monitor smart meter data flow from Itron through MDM into CC&B Skills Project coordination, Ms project, Office 365, Asset Suite, Asset Suite 8, M365 Suite, Oracle Unifier Project Management, UPPM, CC&B, Oracle CCB, Oracle CC&B, Customer care and billing, Meter data management, Excel Top Skills Details Project coordination,Ms project,Office 365,Asset Suite,Asset Suite 8,M365 Suite,Oracle Unifier Project Management,UPPM Additional Skills & Qualifications Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 5+ years of experience in billing analysis or utility billing systems High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of utility billing processes, rate structures, payments, and service orders Familiarity with meter-to-cash workflows, outage management, and customer interaction channels Direct experience with Oracle CC&B and/or MDM systems, preferably in a regulated utility environment Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills Experience Level Mid Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
